We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the state you live in, the date you signed up and a record that you agreed to be emailed. We do not store which treatment you selected, and we do not collect health information on this website.

How we use it

Only to email you when consultations open in your state. We do not sell or share it, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site. Fonts and films are served from our own domain.

Where it lives

Your information is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in the United States.

Your choices

You can remove your email from the waitlist at any time with the form below. Every email we send will also include a one-click link that unsubscribes you and deletes your information.

Consumer health data

Joining a waitlist for a telehealth service can itself reveal that you are seeking health care. Under laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act, we treat your waitlist record as consumer health data: we collect it only with your consent, use it only to tell you when consultations open, never sell it, and delete it on request using the form above or the link in any email we send.

Health information

When consultations open, medical intake will run on a separate, HIPAA-compliant clinical platform operated with our clinician partners, under its own privacy notice.
